Sweet Pea Creations Policies 

1.        I am not responsible for any damage to the cake once it leaves my possession.  Customer or person who is picking up the baked goods assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake or baked goods once it leaves my possession and it is considered accepted.

2.        The client is responsible for providing safe travel conditions in which to keep the baked goods or cake stable, cool and on a level traveling surface. It is encouraged that a 2nd party be with the client to pick up the cake in order to assist with loading, stabilizing and transporting of the cake. I would suggest keeping the vehicle on its coldest temperature setting, do not open windows while the car is in motion, and travel on paved roads. I am not responsible for any damage, sliding, melting or other disfigurements to the cake once it has left my possession.

3.        The client is responsible for providing an appropriate size, level, and stable table with a cool and safe environment for the cake(s). I am not responsible for damage resulting from tables that are not level, weak, too small, or placed in a warm area. Please keep in mind that there can be wind, rain, temperature, pets, bugs, or other situations, especially for outdoor venues that can harm or cause damage to your cake. I am not responsible for any damage, for any reason, to your cake(s) for any reason after it leaves my possession.

4.        I photograph my baked goods and cakes at the time of pick-up for my records and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

5.        Once a cake is picked up by you or your designated party it is considered accepted. Refunds requested will not be honored.

6.        When signing, you agree that your order has been received or delivered and you are content with your order. 

7.        Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

        ***This is to protect myself and is adhered to strictly. If you have an allergy DO NOT purchase for consumption. Use common sense.  These products are made in a small kitchen that is cleaned daily but I do have peanut butter and other allergens in my kitchen. I do not want any future client to have a reaction so this is to protect you and me from any issues.
