This weekend I had the pleasure of attending the marriage of my niece and her husband! I was honored when she asked me to make the cupcakes for her wedding. We chatted and decided we wanted delicate pinks and whites and then I saw a tutorial for making lace impressioned fondant toppers and I knew that I had to incorporate that somehow. We found pink lace cupcake wrappers on Amazon and after viewing Pinterest for a bit, I got my inspiration. The day was gorgeous and sunny and the cupcakes were a hit.
I decided on a white chocolate raspberry cake with a variety of decorations and frosting flavorings. I had raspberry buttercream, sweet cream buttercream, and a cream cheese buttercream topped with a fresh raspberry. I was very pleased with how they all came out. Take a look!
